Refunds

Any requests for refunds for one on one services sold though this site are subject to and rendered by and at the sole discretion of Jason D McClain/evolve-co.

By purchasing services through this site, you understand and agree that it is both ill advised and detrimental to the services evolutionary guide provides to terminate this relationship prior to the agreed to duration. If client chooses to discontinue the work, they are still financially responsible for the entire duration of this contract.

If client is unable to complete the agreement due to unforeseen physical or logistical circumstances, client may transfer the unused portion of their sessions to another person of their choosing. In the event of a charitable donation to a person unknown or unfamiliar to client, client still retains the right of final approval of the receiver of the credits.

Refunds for access to the digital portions/products of this site are usually honored immediately if you are not satisfied, and are still subject to the discretion of Jason D McClain.
